The Director Locomotive Engineer Compliance Training and Audit is responsible for overseeing the Locomotive Engineer Compliance and Training teams across the United States U S.and Canada The incumbent ensures all expectations are met with the Student Locomotive Engineer SLE training programs as well as Locomotive Engineers to keep CN current on all rules certifications and regulatory obligations The incumbent drives opportunities for efficiency in operating metrics and fuel conservation
