Tanner Insurance Brokerage is located in the South end of Ottawa, Ontario and is celebrating a 100 year anniversary We are currently looking for individuals who can deliver high quality service, demonstrate empathy, initiative and be strong team players Position is based on 37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday.
Position Summary:
Duties of the position:
- Answer and complete client inquiries
- Handle and report claims
- Process policy changes on behalf of insurers
- Quote and bind on new policies
Qualifications:
- RIBO license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Demonstrate excellent customer experience skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Applied TAM an asset
- CAIB or other designation an asset
Salary:
$45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
