Job Title:
Customer Service Representative / Order Desk


Reports to:
Customer Relations Manager


Location:
Brantford, ON


Shift:8AM-4:30PM


Position Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
  • Perform necessary system transactions accurately in the warehouse management system, including order entry, adjustments, etc.
  • Manage back orders.
  • Communicating with customers on upcoming shipping requirements.
  • Providing carriers with appointments as required.
  • Coordinates inventory transfers and shipping opportunities.
  • Validating charges on inbound deliveries and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts.
  • Assisting warehouse staff in obtaining information from systems or customers.
  • Closely work with the warehouse team regarding inventory management, etc.
  • Working collaboratively and sharing responsibilities with other coworkers.
  • Attend to duties and projects as assigned by Manager or his/her delegate.
  • Assist in customer mailings and other communications as required.

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience, preferably within a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience working with databases is an asset.

Academic/Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

NOTE:
Strong preference for new hires have full series of COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada.

From $19.00 per hour
