RSM's Quality Engineering (QE) practices is one of the fastest growing practice groups at RSM.

The QE team is focused on ensuring that technology platforms and business processes meet the unique requirements of our client's organization while seamlessly integrating with existing legacy systems and business processes.

To do this, the team delivers through a systematic and proactive approach that ensures the desired level of quality is built into the product or service.

Responsibilities:

Overall delivery and management of test planning, design and execution for clients of various sizes and industries
Participate in client design sessions to analyze requirements and design business processes to develop and define endtoend testing scope
Develop test strategy and test plans by collaborating with client, vendors and other project resources
Define and document repeatable methodologies with appropriate tools and templates that can be leveraged for future projects.
Manage and coordinate defect management process with client, vendor partners and other project resources
Establish engagement resource requirements
Lead, manage and coach others in the quality engineering practice
Participate in meetings with new client prospects and in the proposal process

Qualifications:

7 to 10 years of technology implementation program, project,or test management experience with functional knowledge of F&A, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and similar business process flow experience.
Experience in managing EndtoEnd ERP/CRM Testing
Experience with developing detailed test strategy and test plans
Experience defining scope of EndtoEnd System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendor partners
Experience in program and / or project management is preferred
Relevant ERP implementation experience with Oracle, SAP and / or Microsoft
Relevant CRM implementation experience with Salesforce or Microsoft CE
Relevant experience with program management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or qTest, among others

Compensation Range:
$87,500 - $145,500
