Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fascia, Soffit, and Siding Specialist to join our team.

As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of fascia, soffit, and siding systems on residential and commercial buildings.

Your primary goal will be to enhance the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the exteriors by ensuring proper installation and addressing any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain fascia, soffit, and siding systems on various types of buildings.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify any existing or potential issues with the fascia, soffit, or siding.
• Measure, cut, and install fascia, soffit, and siding materials accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper alignment and fit of all components, paying close attention to details and craftsmanship.
• Repair or replace damaged or deteriorated fascia, soffit, and siding components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as carpenters or painters, to ensure a seamless integration of fascia, soffit, and siding with other exterior features.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent, and work performed for billing and documentation purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or questions regarding the fascia, soffit, and siding work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the installation and repair of fascia, soffit, and siding systems.
• Strong knowledge of various materials, tools, and techniques used in the industry.
• Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing fascia, soffit, and siding materials accurately.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with fascia, soffit, and siding systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring highquality work.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights, as this job may involve climbing ladders and working on scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Height certificate is a must.
