Job Description:


  • BorderBuddy is seeking a fulltime experienced
    Receptionist.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, Canada/USA, you will be responsible for all incoming calls and a high volume of calls during our peak season months,
  • Answering inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
  • This position will also include the direct managing of our key Lead Generation channels (with a key focus on response times).
  • Backup to other administrative tasks that may come up on a needed basis

Qualifications:


  • 12 years of experience in reception and office administration
  • Have an unparalleled "cando" attitude
  • Strong attention to Detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing items
  • Be serviceoriented and have superior organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Experience with G-Suite products: Gmail, Google Drive, Google calendar, SLACK
  • Understanding of video conferencing systems, such as Google Meet, and their features preferred
  • Strong WIFI Connection is mandatory

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are REMOTE
  • 8:00 4:30 pm Monday to Friday with weekends off
