Job Overview / Summary
The Test Operator supports the production testing activities in the test facility, focusing on the production of IVT drivetrains and sub-systems.
The Test Operator performs operations relating to the testing of mechanical, hydraulic and/or electro-mechanical devices or systems, while maintaining quality requirements, safe work practices and environmental controls.
This position requires flexible availability; weekend and/or 2nd shift scheduling will be required.Key Responsibilities

System Testing:
Prepare, support and conduct testing of transmission sub-assemblies
Support & maintenance of test hardware
Administrative:
Communicate and coordinate with departmental personnel and supervisor
Learn and follow company corporate requirements
Demonstrates the values of safety, teamwork, service, integrity, accountability, andingenuity
Other duties as assigned

- Strong mechanical aptitude
