Chief Executive Officer
Duties:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees

- Overall Management of the Cake Faculty's business activities.

- A university degree or college diploma.
- Required work experience:
- 7 years or more of work experience in an executive role with demonstrated budget
- Proven experience managing teams in multiple locations.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a confectionery company or bakery with
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to facilitate a highperformance managerial team.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Welldeveloped communication and negotiation skills.
- Substantial expertise regarding baking and cake decoration and design.
- Must be highly self motivated.
- Possess food safety certifications.
- Having industryrelated certifications is preferred.
- Having a keen appreciation of African palates and demonstrated knowledge of the
