    Description

    Our client is seeking a highly skilled technical professional to oversee the helpdesk and provide leadership to staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to senior management.

    Required Skills And Qualifications:


    • A minimum of 5 years experience in a PC and Mac environment with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    • Strong understanding of internet technology, networks protocols hardware as well as current trends in the marketplace are essential.  A valid technical certification can be beneficial.

    The successful candidate will have an ability to work independently with minimal supervision while working effectively in a team-oriented environment. They must also possess strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention detail requiring high standards of quality assurance to ensure business continuity within our organization
