A Manager on Duty is a charismatic individual representing Plenty's values and beliefs through daily interactions with customers and community members.

They are friendly, approachable, and have a passion for style.

Day to day

  • Assisting with the opening and closing of the store
  • Building relationships within the Plenty community by providing exceptional customer service
  • Greeting, answering questions, operating POS (point of sales) systems
  • Achieving sales goals through superior product knowledge, empathetic listening, and by providing creative styling solutions
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided by Stylists
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store
  • Communicating promotions and incentive programs with customers and staff
  • Providing leadership support as part of the Management team

Requirements:


  • A natural leader with great individual style
  • Enthusiastic and positive with a willingness to learn
  • Team player willing to contribute and take initiative to achieve goals
  • 1 year management experience in a retailoriented environment
  • Looking for a company with similar values to grow with

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$15.65-$30.46 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed
