Paul Davis is currently looking for a _
Restoration Project Manager/Estimator_ for our Niagara Location.

Restoration Project Managers/Estimators_ work with owners and insurance professionals after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

As a _
Restoration Project Manager/Estimator_, you will be on scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production teams to complete.

You will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.

We are looking for individuals who are results driven and have some sales experience. If you are self-motivated and like to be rewarded on your ability to produce, this job is for you.

Due to the nature of the work, often the job sites will be dirty, possibly cold or wet and sometimes unsanitary.

Restoration Project Manager/Estimator:

Construction experience is preferred, but not necessary. _If you demand more from yourself than others demand from you, this is the place for you._

In this position, you can expect to:

• Meet Estimating and Sales objectives
• Adhere to all appropriate Service Level Agreement guidelines
• Participate in Sales and Marketing activities when required
• Review and approve all project schedules and budgets
• Review job costing weekly to assure that the jobs are proceeding as expected.
• Meet with the Project Manager Assistant daily to run down status of each job and assure they are being addressed appropriately.
• Maintain file notes for all customer communication and update the CRM as necessary
• Assure that all progress payments are made on time
• Contact all customers to assure that they are pleased with the project
• Assure that all invoices are prepared and processed quickly
• Collect any outstanding payments
• Qualification Standards: Applicants may be rejected if an interview or background check reveals that the applicant has been dishonest as it relates to experience, convicted of a felony or offense against property such as receipt of stolen property, larceny, embezzlement, burglary, or similar convictions._
• Class G license required_
