    Job Title: Warranty Technician, Pacesetter Homes

    • Serving as the primary contact for customers with warrantable issues in residential homes.
    • Collaborating with the Site Superintendent to ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer concerns.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Resolving homeowner complaints efficiently and effectively.
    • Accompanying trades on service calls when required and documenting all interactions with homeowners.
