How will you contribute to the team?

Provide support on the resolution of IT and data integration issues related to Ecosystem implementation.
Gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
Run system test reports, perform QA checks and communicate results to project teams.
Establish process flows, prepare procedures, operating instructions and other project documentation.
Develop a training plan and prepare training material which is rolled out to all staff.
Support with the administration of user licenses.
Interface with multiple internal groups including Project Controls, Engineering Tools, Project Managers and Finance staff throughout the Ecosys project activities.
Monitor project progress, resolve problems as they arise, and recommend actions and strategies for process improvements.
Brainstorm and recommend optimizations of the Ecosys Application for implementation in the future version.
Special assignments, development of ad hoc reports and analysis, and other Project Controls and Estimating duties as required.

What will you contribute?

University graduate in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Economics or Computer Systems related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within a high technology industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills required to support and explain the results of analysis and recommendations, and to lead meetings with management teams.
Detail oriented, with excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Effective problemsolving skills with a resultsoriented approach.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
