Job summary
We are building Syncro an AI-driven social matchmaking platform based on psychological lifestyle values and contextual profiling This is NOT a basic UI design role We are looking for an Interactive Interaction Designer who can design Behavioral logic Micro-interactions Conversational timing State transitions AI assistant interaction flows Emotional feedback systems Progressive profiling experience Intelligent UX moments The core focus is Zyra our AI guide inside the app Zyra is not just a chatbot She must feel alive contextual adaptive and intentional What We Need Define interaction rules not visuals Design behavioral states for the AI assistant Create micro-interaction logic Define user feedback systems Specify timing delays emotional tone shifts Design onboarding progression logic Work closely with frontend to translate experience into behavior Deliverables may include Interaction documentation Behavioral maps State diagrams Logic flows UX behavior specs High fidelity prototypes if needed Motion guidelines Micro-interaction system This Is NOT A pure Figma layout job A graphic design task A branding role A basic UX wireframe project If you only design static screens this is not for you Required Experience Interaction design for AI products Conversational UX Behavioral UX systems Micro-interaction design Experience-driven product thinking SaaS or social product background preferred Bonus Experience with AI assistants Emotional UX design Gamification logic Adaptive UX systems Tech Stack Frontend React Backend Java FastAPI You will collaborate with frontend dev for implementation Important Please answer these questions in your proposal Have you designed behavior for an AI assistant before Describe it How do you define microinteractions beyond animations What is your approach to emotional UX Share an example of behavior-driven design not just UI Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week Mandatory skills Figma User Flow User Experience Design
