With your passion for building and managing long-lasting relationships, you'll help us continue to expand our reach while setting our partners up for success.     As a National Partnerships Manager, you'll be the bridge between SKIP and the head offices of our national restaurant partners. These are large-scale B2B partnerships with national restaurant brands covering large territories with multiple locations from coast to coast. You'll be building long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial and growth-oriented. Strong business acumen is a must in order to develop strategies, present insights, and communicate effectively to solve problems as they arise.     What's On Your Plate:

    • Build effective relationships with key corporate restaurant partners to enhance collaboration and understanding
    • Coaching corporate level partners on network best practices and optimization opportunities
    • Build lasting relationships with partners, driving mutually-beneficial value by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
    • Determine and execute upon the needs and interests of our partner brands
    • Leverage data and trends to leverage actionable insights in favour of optimizing your partners' success on the Skip network
    • Proactively seek to find creative solutions to meet internal brand performance KPIs
    • Handle and respond to objections with transparency and support
    • Establish credibility and rapport with existing partners, communicating industry, delivery and SkipTheDishes updates to your contacts
    • Use effective techniques to explicitly understand partners needs
    • Effectively articulate the advantages of an idea or plan to partnered national chains across Canada.
    • Demonstrate effective time management
    • Present yourself professionally as an exceptional brand ambassador

    Recipe for Success:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in partnerships/account management
    • Strong business acumen is a must, degree or educational background in Business considered an asset
    • Strong relationship-building skills, leading with empathy and transparency
    • Experience in sales and coaching others
    • Able to understand and communicate data, insights and trends
    • Project management experience; working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to bring marketing and growth initiatives to life
    • Hold yourself to a high standard of integrity
    • Have a positive and impactful personality
    • Thrive in a rapidly changing environment
    • Exceptional communication skills, additional languages considered an asset
