Description

We are looking for an energetic part-time Chiropractic Assisstant to join our growing team This individual we are looking for has stong communication skills both written and oral, good time-management, and able to multitask.


MUST be personable, highly-organized, and detail-oriented. This position allows for growth, therefore a willingness to learn is essential.
This position is
not recommended for students returning to school in the winter session.

This is a
part time term position with the possibility to extend to full-time, and you _must be available for the following hours_:

Monday to Friday: 1:30pm - 6:30pm

Saturday: 9:30am - 12:30pm

Duties include:_

  • Managing the front desk
  • Answering the phone
  • Taking payments
  • Maintaining flow in the office
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Process billings with MPI, WCB, and Blue Cross
  • Marketing on Social Media accounts
Starting wage is dependent upon job experience and responsibilities. We offer above-average wages for experienced and motivated individuals. It can range anywhere from $16.00/hour to $18.00/hour. Training starts at $14.00/hour.

Preferred qualifications:_

  • Experience in customer service, or as a medical administrative position
  • Tech savy with social media
  • Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the clinic and the doctor
  • Be able to learn and adapt, because it is not just a "receptionist" position

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary


Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
