Branch Manager in our

Reporting to the Regional Manager, in this role you are responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of financial service professionals, to deepen member relationships and grow our business through living Kindred's values and delivering on our commitment to an excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Passionately manage the branch as if it is your own business, and create a culture of excellence where exemplary member experience takes place with every interaction and business results are strong.
Regularly coach and provide feedback to your team members to enable them to have confidence in what they do, help them grow and drive to excel.
Collaborate with wealth, credit and other partners to coordinate member experience delivery through holistic solutions and advice that meet member needs.
Grow community connections to invite others to experience banking with purpose.
Bring business expertise to manage branch operations and ensure compliance to regulatory and audit requirements and effective risk management practices.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

Post-secondary education in business or a related field
68 years of experience in retail banking with expertise in lending/investments
24 years of leadership experience with demonstrated coaching skills
Solid business acumen, practicing operational soundness and effective risk management
