Elmira location.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, in this role you are responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of financial service professionals, to deepen member relationships and grow our business through living Kindred's values and delivering on our commitment to an excellent member experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Passionately manage the branch as if it is your own business, and create a culture of excellence where exemplary member experience takes place with every interaction and business results are strong.
  • Regularly coach and provide feedback to your team members to enable them to have confidence in what they do, help them grow and drive to excel.
  • Collaborate with wealth, credit and other partners to coordinate member experience delivery through holistic solutions and advice that meet member needs.
  • Grow community connections to invite others to experience banking with purpose.
  • Bring business expertise to manage branch operations and ensure compliance to regulatory and audit requirements and effective risk management practices.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field
  • 68 years of experience in retail banking with expertise in lending/investments
  • 24 years of leadership experience with demonstrated coaching skills
  • Solid business acumen, practicing operational soundness and effective risk management
