    As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be to oversee the organization and maintenance of all office operations.

    You will work closely with other members of the team to provide administrative support and excellent customer service. This position will be based out of our Canadian head office located in Nisku, AB.

    Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Main reception, manage all incoming calls, screen, and direct calls as necessary.
    Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. Provide word-processing and administrative support as requested.
    Assists payroll department with weekly timesheet data entry for union and non-union employees.

    Uphold company culture and core values by adhering to Michels Canada's Standards and Policies and working with others to promote and preserve our values while conducting your duties to contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

    1 -2 years of secretarial/clerical experience.
    ~ Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    ~ Basic bookkeeping knowledge.


    LANGUAGES
    ~ Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
