SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Administrative Manager position is a key role to the Gateway team. This role well be responsible for.
- providing exceptional level of customer service in support of the business of service and review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.

  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, payroll reports, manuals and recert packages.
  • Service processing and issuing various invoices, purchase orders, and shipping/ receiving documents.
  • Audit Support, Coordinate and facilitate API audits with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Train staff
  • Perform data entry.

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other nonuniversity certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 3 years
  • Permanent resident of Canada
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, problemsolving and attention to detail
  • Valid drivers' licence
  • Able to deal with changes, delays, or unexpected events in a professional & timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Sage experience is an asset but not required
  • Schedule: 8hour shift/ Day shift
