In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who are we looking for:

What you will do:

Bridge communication between clients, general contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
Attend all project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes to ensure effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders
Coordinate and initiate the preparation of fee proposals, contract documents, and any related documentation
Administer digital file transfers and submissions for project deliverables and facilitate printing and delivery when required
Request material samples from suppliers, prepare sample boards with direction as required
Maintain accurate and uptodate project databases
Rethink workflow processes, standards, and procedures by utilizing influence and leveraging knowledge

What you will bring:

Business Administration or related degree/diploma
2+ years experience as a Project coordinator(any background)
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Passion for technology and an interest in leveraging tech skills
