Job Title:
Estimator


Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine the scope of work and estimate costs
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
• Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure accurate and efficient cost calculations
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in the project scope and provide recommendations for costsaving measures
• Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress and provide ongoing cost analysis to ensure budget compliance

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and subcontractors

Salary:
$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
