Graphics, a Surrey-based print house, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) that have an aptitude for learning and is interested in working and growing within the printing industry.

Role & Responsibilities:


  • The Customer Service Representative will work together with the sales, prepress & production team to serve our customers by understanding their expectations and then communicating and coordinating to achieve the desired outcome.
  • The CSR will primarily be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by efficiently managing: response to requests for pricing, job entry, implementing change orders, recording alterations, monitoring production and due dates, communicating with midmanagement and preparing jobs for billing. CSR will be the primary point of contact for the work they manage.

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortably and professionally interacting directly with customers and coworkers.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, while managing multiple tasks.
  • Work successfully in both a team environment and individually, with considerable selfdirection.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to exceptionally manage multiple highprofile projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving ability.
  • Professional telephone mannerism is a must.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal & written).
  • Enthusiasm & selfmotivated.
