How You Will Be Spending Your
-
Web Reservations_

  • Process internet bookings
  • Rebook customers if required
  • Queue all Sabre bookings
  • Assisting customers with inquiries such as baggage, documentation, seat selection etc.
  • Selling Insurance or Vendor products
  • Answering calls trying to trouble shoot website issues
  • Assisting clients with payment options such as Deposit, Full Payment, Future Travel Credit, Gift Cards, Direct Deposit
  • Assist customers in purchasing their travel product

Data Entry
  • Finance_
  • Confirm and input, modify credit card payment and invoices in Clientlinq software
  • Add all pricing into Clientlinq software
  • Service / Resolve all files that are returned with price and or credit card discrepancies
  • Sending invoices to client

Customer Service_

  • Courtesy calls
  • Send Etickets to all pending customers
  • Other duties as assigned

The Skills, Experience and Requirements You Need to be Successful

  • Microsoft Knowledge
  • Outlook, Word, Excel


  • GDS

  • Sabre
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Data entry speed and accuracy required
  • TICO (Ontario) / OPC (Montreal) asset
