The Opportunity:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the organization's recruitment needs.
  • Create and manage talent acquisition campaigns.
  • Create, maintain, and report on talent acquisition statistics and analytics.
  • Collect and enter applicants into the HRIS system.
  • Shortlist applicants using a variety of selection techniques including psychometric and technical testing.
  • Arrange and participate in interviews.
  • Perform preliminary interviews.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Update electronic personnel files.
  • Perform a comprehensive new employee onboarding.
  • Assist People & Operations Manager in recruitment and HR tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 12 years work experience as a Recruiter.
  • Experience with recruiting platforms.
  • Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other software tools.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to get to grips with new programs and software quickly.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong sense of urgency and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize between several different searches at various stages simultaneously.
  • A diligent approach when maintaining, monitoring, calculating and summarizing data, records, and information.
  • Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR is an asset.
  • Experience with Payroll is an asset.
  • Familiarity with FinTech is an asset.
  • Familiarity with google suite is an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
