Main Purpose


You will answer enquiries, provide information regarding OKs goods, services and policies and provide customer services such as receiving payments and processing requests for services.


Specific Accountabilities

  • Answer, in person or on the phone, enquiries from customers concerning goods, services, schedules, rates, regulations and policies
  • Investigate complaints regarding the establishment's goods, services and policies and report findings to manager
  • Arrange for refunds, exchange and credit for returned merchandise
  • Receive account payments
  • Take customer orders for goods or services
  • Actively promote goods or services through various methods ie on the telephone, social media etc
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Order services
  • Provide information about invoices, claims or accounts
  • Update accounts, initiate billing and process claim payments, and receive payment for services
  • Ensure budget objectives are met.

Relationships

  • Reports to location manager and controller.
  • Works with all employees.
  • Works with vendors, customers and 3rd parties.

Work Conditions

  • Comfortable office location with amazing team to work with.
  • You will be required to work on site in North Vancouver.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Completion of a secondary schooling combined with several years of clerical/service experience
  • Proficient in using the telephone;
  • Proficient in using software platforms
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Selfstarter with strong organizational habits and work ethic;
  • A passion for customer service
  • Sales experience would be advantageous
  • Greet, Understand, Educate, Secure.
  • Demonstrated leadership
  • Demonstrated reliability
  • Ability to build respectful workplaces
  • Clear English language skillsspeaking and writing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to be flexible in a growing busy environment

  • 6 months driving experience preferred
  • 6 months garage experience preferred
  • Ability to drive various vehicles
  • Must have a "satisfactory" driving record.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
