• Develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum and lesson plans for early childhood education
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate learning and development
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Experience in planning and implementing educational activities for children
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Educate: Ability to educate young children using developmentally appropriate methods and techniques.
• Experience with children: Demonstrated experience working with young children, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate support.
• Early childhood education: Knowledge of early childhood education theories, practices, and curriculum development.
• Tutoring: Ability to provide oneonone instruction or tutoring to children who may need additional support.
