Job Requirements:



  • Operations

  • Complete inspections as required on active accounts, proactive visits


  • Operations

  • Account startup walkthroughs with customer & franchisee


  • Operations

  • Accompany franchisee on first clean for new accounts


  • Operations
- respond to and resolve customer or franchisee complaints or concerns within required timeframe


  • Operations

  • Franchise development participate and lead Franchisee training/onboarding; manage startup kit orders, ensure Franchisees understand processes and standards.


  • Sales

  • Prospecting/Lead Generation when out at customer sites


  • Sales

  • Special Services proposals for existing customers


  • Administration

  • Maintain uptodate information/data within company systems
  • Ensure in uniform and following dress code (polished and professional)

Applicant Qualifications:


  • Prior and proven successful experience in sales, customer service or related field
  • Selfmotivated: ability to work effectively and autonomously (deadline & detail oriented)
  • Professional, polished appearance
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate with customers, service providers to resolve issues
  • Advanced use of Excel, Word, Googlesuite platform, CRM Platforms

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year

  • Operations/Administration: 3 years (preferred)
