Duties
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team specializing in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) transactions, and technology solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, including targeted marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities through analysis of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and personalized service.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast performance, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients, providing technical sales support and tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular team training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills to enhance overall performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with prior leadership experience in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to develop innovative business development strategies.
- Demonstrated success in account management, customer service, and building long-term client partnerships.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales growth initiatives is preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
