Duncan Housing Society is a local, community-based, non-profit society.

The overall purpose of the Society is Independent Housing for seniors and persons with disabilities at Duncan Manor.

Duncan Manor is a three-story, 122-unit building, consisting of studios, bachelor, and one-bedroom apartment units, it has a kitchen that serves three meals a day to tenants who need meal service.

We are located within walking distance of downtown Duncan.

As a Housekeeper, your typical day will include the following:

Cleaning the common and shared areas of the building (hallways, bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms and lounge)
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in all areas and washrooms.
Disinfecting and increased cleaning of high touch areas
Strictly follow and enforce all COVID19 policies and procedures.
Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Must haves:

Ability to work independently and as a team.
Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with tenants and team members.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
A criminal record check will be required.

Pay will be discussed at the interview.
