Junior Billing Administrator
Position Summary:
This position exists to provide administrative support to the billing department in meeting specialized customer invoicing requests. This includes accurate and timely invoicing and other administrative tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter invoices through 3rd Party invoicing systems (Ariba, Coupa, Corrigo, Textura, Service Channel, etc)
- Create and maintain Word & Excel templates/invoices as required by customer to meet billing needs.
- Retyping of invoices to meet customer needs.
- Any other duties as requested by the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS SECTION:
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent through work experience, special courses or selfdevelopment
Experience:
- Good keyboarding/data entry skills with at least five (5) years working experience in a fastpaced multitasking environment administrative role.
Skills:
- High proficiency working with Word, Excel, Outlook, Office Teams Express is required.
- Training on in house software(AS400 and Oracle Fusion) will be provided for the right applicant.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and time manage with a demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated people and telephone skills.
- Solid math and writing skills
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Pay:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Data entry: 4 years (preferred)
- Billing: 3 years (preferred)
