Junior Billing Administrator

Position Summary:

This position exists to provide administrative support to the billing department in meeting specialized customer invoicing requests. This includes accurate and timely invoicing and other administrative tasks.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Enter invoices through 3rd Party invoicing systems (Ariba, Coupa, Corrigo, Textura, Service Channel, etc)
  • Create and maintain Word & Excel templates/invoices as required by customer to meet billing needs.
  • Retyping of invoices to meet customer needs.
  • Any other duties as requested by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS SECTION:


Education:


  • High school graduate or equivalent through work experience, special courses or selfdevelopment

Experience:


  • Good keyboarding/data entry skills with at least five (5) years working experience in a fastpaced multitasking environment administrative role.

Skills:


  • High proficiency working with Word, Excel, Outlook, Office Teams Express is required.
  • Training on in house software(AS400 and Oracle Fusion) will be provided for the right applicant.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and time manage with a demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated people and telephone skills.
  • Solid math and writing skills

Job Type:
Fixed term contract


Pay:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Data entry: 4 years (preferred)
  • Billing: 3 years (preferred)
Administrative Support: 2 years (preferred)
