Permanent Part Time hours per week
The Administrative Assistant role demonstrates our commitment to the Team Member Experience by providing integral services and support to our communities and their teams.
- Under the direction of the team leader, the Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated support.
- Performing clerical, administrative and other support activities assigned.
- Formatting and editing reports, forms, policy manuals and other documents.
- Handling travel booking, accommodations for leadership team.
- Maintaining vacation and time off schedule for leadership team.
- Facilitating submissions of expense and credit card reports as required.
- Assisting with planning and organization of event/meeting logistics, including teleconferences, webinars and offsite meetings.
- Compiling meeting and promotional packages and maintain inventory of current information.
- Performing relief reception duties on a rotation basis with other administrative support team members in the organization.
- Researching information from multiple sources as requested.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of information and exercising discretion in all communications that are of a confidential nature.
- Communicating in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the organization such as vendors and senior leadership.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Must haves:
- Postsecondary education in related filed.
- Minimum 2 years' administrative or clerical experience supporting multiple people and various levels in a corporate level environment.
- Superior MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong internet navigation/research ability.
- Typing speed of 70 words per minute.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to relate well to others with a mature attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced work environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Attention to detail and excellent followthrough skills, with the ability to take initiative.
