Description

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure a wellmanicured appearance.
Operate and maintain commercialgrade lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and sprayers.
Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and sodding.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, equipment, and vehicles.
Communicate effectively with management and team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to safety guidelines and practices while performing tasks.
Provide recommendations to clients on lawn care and maintenance practices.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a professional lawn care or maintenance environment.
Proficiency in operating commercial lawn equipment and tools.
Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing heights, trimming, edging, and watering.
Familiarity with identifying and treating common lawn issues, such as weeds, pests, and diseases.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime.
