Job Description:

This is a key leadership role that will oversee all community engagement initiatives related to the Strange Lake project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building relationships with Indigenous communities and leading large-scale community programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy for the company's Montreal operations.


• Maintain long-term relationships with Indigenous communities, ensuring open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.


• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of community engagement efforts with business objectives, including sustainability goals and operational requirements.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

• Strategic planning expertise.  
• Prior experience as an Indigenous relations manager or similar role would be an asset.  ; If not then exceptional relationship-building skills must exist in place of this requirement:&em; excellent interpersonal skills...
