Senior Finance Manager - Operations
Hybrid: 2 days in Toddington central support office
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Finance Department of Moto Hospitality Ltd.

Moto is the largest operator of Motorway Service Areas in the UK offering a number of leading high street brands such as BP Forecourts, M&S Simply Foods, WH Smith, Costa Coffee, Burger King, KFC, Pret A Manger and West Cornwall Pasty.

As a key member of the Finance Leadership team, this is a hands-on role that will partner the Regional Operations Directors as well as having regular interaction with the CFO and Operations Director providing financial and commercial support, identifying opportunities to facilitate growth.

Business partnering internal functions including Regional Operations Directors, Site Operations Managers and Labour Productivity teams
Oversee and support aspects of preparation of timely and accurate management accounts, providing commentary on variances vs. Developing and managing operational budgets and forecasts at a business and site level, analysing performance deviations, and recommending corrective actions
Balance sheet reconciliations, identifying any risks and opportunities
Develop controls & processes to support new and existing initiatives
Ad hoc reporting, analysis & project work
Lead, coach and develop the Operations Finance Analyst
Qualified Account (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Advanced excel skills
Commercial acumen
