- Build relationships with the consulting community in Canada.
- Maintain close relationships with the business development teams to support the opportunity sales cycle.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in consultant sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, social media and passive sourcing.
- Review and assess candidates based on identified requirements.
- Develop and maintain an efficient shortlist of candidates using pre‑screening interviews.
- Utilize multiple interview techniques and formats such as formal/informal, telephone, MS Teams, group and technical.
- Leverage in‑house subject management experts in multiple competencies to identify and validate high quality candidates.
- Ensure successful candidates are introduced to the sales cycle.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the recruiting processes.
- Identify new channels for paradigm recruitment.
- Complete industry/market analysis reports.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition department with job fairs, career events and attending these events to market our department.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience in professional services and information technology.
- Certifications in recruiting, staffing or human resources are an asset.
- Existing personal relationships or professional association memberships in Regina related to professional services/IT.
- Formal educational certificate, diploma or degree in human resources, business or information technology.
- Full life cycle recruitment experience.
- Coordinate various recruiting activities (face‑to‑face or virtual).
- Create a pool of local talent in various roles such as Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Analysts, Testers and OCMs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on requisition status.
- Participate in client update meetings and represent the service to stakeholders as required.
- Monitor recruitment process and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job posting sites.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and pride in work.
- Access to a strong Wi‑Fi connection to work remotely should the need arise.
