Job summary
The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting and monitoring all on road activities completed by drivers during the shift. Your role involves assigning routes and loads to drivers, monitoring their progress,and ensuring on-time deliveries while responding to unforeseen challenges such as traffic or weather disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Assess and support all driver inquires,
supplying drivers with all needed information and tools for their trip. - Utilize Back Office and XRS to help track
and monitor driver activity.
