Responsibilities:


Located in Vancouver, this staff support position is part of the Campus team directly responsible for supporting the Registrar for the delivery and servicing of graduate degree programs.


  • Receive mailed official documents and update them in the system.
  • Provide trainings and directions to student assistants.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


The Admissions Assistant is a person who is detail oriented and well organized, has previous experience preferably in an educational environment.

Knowledge of foreign credentials, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Good working knowledge of word processing software (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel) - knowledge of Slate system would be an advantage but must be willing to be trained.

Must have excellent organizations skills with some background in records management preferred.


Preferred Skills and Additional Qualifications

Ideal skills and certification would include:
Associate's degree preferred

Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Slate, Outlook, GoogleDoc would be preferred
