Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising
• Handle cashiering duties and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in time management and multitasking
• Knowledge of budgeting and cash handling procedures
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
