New FIXAUTO Concord is Hiring for The Office Clerk

Responsibilities will include:


  • Creating invoices from POs
  • Consolidation of invoices
  • Provide Reception backup
  • Help manage couriers and mail distribution
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
  • Organize and file company documents
  • Organize and maintain office common areas
  • Create expense or other financial reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:


  • Quick learner who is detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Alldata
  • Excellen interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Customer service focused
  • Experienced in AP and AR
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to follow instructions provided by Managers or other senior members of staff
  • Knowledge of automotive industry is an asset

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location:
In person
