New FIXAUTO Concord is Hiring for The Office Clerk
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating invoices from POs
- Consolidation of invoices
- Provide Reception backup
- Help manage couriers and mail distribution
- Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Organize and file company documents
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Create expense or other financial reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Quick learner who is detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Alldata
- Excellen interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Customer service focused
- Experienced in AP and AR
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to follow instructions provided by Managers or other senior members of staff
- Knowledge of automotive industry is an asset
Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
