THE OPPORTUNITY


Our client is looking for an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to anticipate and respond to the needs of their senior executive leader.

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be second to none. You will be comfortable communicating on your leader's behalf with professionalism and accuracy at the C-Suite and client level.

As the Executive Assistant, you will have a good understanding of business functions and be an expert at planning schedules, flagging priorities, and using solid judgment where needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide overall administrative support to senior executive.
  • Liaise with C-Suite, and other internal departments as needed.
  • Have the ability to work with highly confidential, sensitive matters.
  • Proactively prompt and flag priorities.
  • Manage schedules, planning, tasks, and promote an efficient approach to leadership time management.
  • Administer calendars, answer phones, and aid with questions and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Manage travel requirements to domestic and/or international locations.
  • Build relationships with clients to model excellent customer service.
  • Flexible hours to accommodate international obligations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience supporting a senior leader.
  • Postsecondary education in a related field would be an asset.
  • Experience in Human Resources would be an asset.

Skills:


  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with peers and supervisors to foster teamwork.
