We are currently recruiting an Assistant Resident/Maintenance Manager at a high rise apartment complex at 50 Alpine Ave.Job Duties
- Cleaning the building & grounds
- Assisting the maintenance manager with minor maintenance
- Alternating evening & weekend oncall with the other managers
- Scheduling with tenants, office staff, and contractors
- Lawn care, snow removal
- Holiday coverage as requested
- Tenant relations
- Other duties may be required by management
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Trades/maintenance experience
- Property management/resident manager experience an asset
- Clear criminal record check required
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
