- Ensure the smooth operation of Enablon's Air, Water, GHG, and related Metrics modules.
- Continuously improve and manage the deployment of Saguenay GHG, Air, and Water functionalities.
- Enhance Enablon based on user feedback and changing requirements, translating operational needs into system requirements.
- Manage and expand the scope of emissions for GHG reporting, including planning for future integration of scope 3 emissions.
- Oversee the transition and continuous improvement of key data and workflows into Enablon.
- Understand the variability in information collection across sites to ensure successful replication and necessary customization.
- Configure Enablon to meet reporting requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner – Enablon for shared solution configuration.
- Ensure accurate replication of S&E (Safety & Environment) survey questions, key indicators, and calculations within Enablon.
- Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and time-saving measures.
- A degree qualification or equivalent experience in environmental science, data engineering, or data science.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in environmental reporting and compliance, or operational data auditing, validation, and continuous monitoring.
- Demonstrated knowledge of environmental processes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Practical experience in Business Improvement, including proficiency in process mapping, automation feasibility analysis, automation design and implementation, and automation testing and monitoring, would be highly regarded.
- Enablon accreditation or equivalent experience in air quality, water management, greenhouse gas emissions, and metrics module functionality and configuration is highly desirable.
- Experience as a product owner or in an equivalent role, working in agile DevOps processes, is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
