Get The Future You Want

What you will do:

Able to lead the scrum team
Responsible to manage the scrum process in the agile framework
Arrange and lead all scrum ceremonies including, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demo, stakeholder demo, retrospectives.
Actively removes roadblocks or impediments
Fosters continuous improvements and collaboration
Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and ensure the backlog is prioritized and sized
Metrics driven, including daily burndown and velocity
Leverages velocity for planning purposes
Experience writing user stories
Must promote the value of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
Must have an exceptional interactive and collaboration skills as well as experience in building high performing teams.

What will you bring:

Certifications
CSM, PMP, SAFe certified
Deep knowledge of the agile methodology and frameworks, ie scrum, Kanban, SAFE
5+years of project management experience on large, complex projects
Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
Strong project planning and communication skill
