Description

_Working with the F&B Management Team, the Servers are responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely fashion while maintaining outstanding relationships with our Members during both dining room service and banquet events.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for knowing the menus and daily specials, including ingredients in dishes and modifications that can be made.
Following the steps of service to our Members in the form of taking orders, delivering food, setting up and clearing tables.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver in a timely manner.
Work closely with the kitchen team and maintain a professional relationship.
Making yourself seen and available to Members as much as possible throughout dining.
Polish glassware and silverware daily, ensure tables are set properly for each service.
Maintain a clean and organized work space.
Keep area stocked and ready for service.
Maintain accurate end of shift cash outs.
Partaking in daily "Pre-Shifts" to work on new ideas with the F&B Team.
Other duties and tasks such bartending, hosting, event set up and wedding service as assigned to you by the F&B Team.

Qualifications

Customer Service experience an asset.
Ability to remain composed and professional in a fastpaced environment, under pressure and tight deadlines.
Must always possess a professional mannerism.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to communicate and work professionally as part of a team or independently.
A positive attitude.
Confidence to bring new ideas forward for consideration.
SmartServe Certification required.
