Our brands, products and full-service offering provide solutions to our operators to meet the demands of this fast-paced industry, and we do this through close collaboration across sales, culinary and marketing. The Operator Marketing team plays a critical role in this collaboration and has end-to-end responsibility in understanding the key operator group insights, identifying the pain points, and designing value-added solutions that results in growth for our customers and our business.

    Responsibilities Strategy & Category leader: The ideal candidate is a foodie, who loves to get things done in a collaborative way. Business to Business is a relationship-built business and this translates into how we work together. An entrepreneurial spirit combined with can-do mentality will help you to deliver in this role, as well as an open mindset. You follow what is happening in the world of food and you're not afraid to step into the kitchen to understand what is important for chefs/ operators. The candidate knows how to work with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and local marketing teams. They are independent but know when to ask for support. Experienced with innovation/rejuvenation platforms, Innoflex and Investor Boards is expected. Listening to the needs of our customers as well as the market is an important characteristic to become successful in this role. You can drive your own destiny and excel in working independently; at the same time, you recognize when you need support, for instance when it comes to stakeholder management. This role is the perfect opportunity for a talented marketer ready to discover the UFS/B2B foods world with the ambition to create a legacy in Canada by building a strong strategy and the right portfolio (Core Superiority) and innovation Platform Delivery (linked with our strategy), to deliver a Top 10 country in UFS as Canada and grow competitively. In addition, you have the pivotal role to drive growth within priority operator groups within UFS. Canada. This requires deep expertise in the food service landscape and a passion for continuous learning. Operator and Trade Marketing demand the ability to translate operator and diner insights into actionable, end-to-end marketing strategies, from designing solutions to executing them in the marketplace. Key responsibilities include customizing brand campaigns, developing sales tools, collaborating with culinary teams for menu inspiration, managing and owning category Canada specific P&Ls, understanding our competitive share standing and creating targeted digital content to generate demand. The person must excel in cross-functional teamwork, engaging directly with operators through presentations and joint business planning, and be accountable for delivering business targets aligned with operator needs. Success in this role hinges on strong analytical skills, project management, and proficiency with systems like and Power BI. You will be guided to leverage data-driven insights, foster collaboration, and maintain a relentless focus on delivering value to both operators and the business, ensuring all marketing activities are strategically aligned and measurable. Understand trade or customer marketing to ensure plans by customer/ channels bring the best ROI. What You'll Need to Succeed 4-year College Degree in marketing, business or culinary 10+ years of experience in foodservice or relevant experience in marketing Proven track record of developing relationships in cross-functional teams and comfortable engaging with customers Strong project management, presentation skills and business acumen Proficiency and drive to become a proficient user of our systems , Power BI) Passion for driving results in a strong interest in the food industry.

    Competitive volume growth as a key driver
    Pay: The pay range for this position is $113,900-$156,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs


    Bonus:

    This position is bonus eligible.
    Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible
