    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Patient Care Manager in the Neurological, Acquired Brain Injury and Medical Rehabilitation departments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing unit-level budgets, leading resource utilization initiatives and promoting a collaborative practice environment.

    The successful candidate will have strong clinical expertise in nursing or health disciplines, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Establish unit goals that reflect organizational philosophy and standards.
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives using data-informed methods.

    Additionally,
    the ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilitating evidence-based practice within their teams.



    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
    •   Current registration with professional college under Regulated Health Professions Act
    • Relevant clinical experience (minimum 2 years)
