Summary
As our Operation Coordinator, you will help ensure a seemless operations between our company as well as sister restaurants. You will be bridging between our various sites to ensure optimal operations.

You will also be a part of the managment and overseeing of the day-to-day operations of The Chefs Pantry and its associated restaurants.

As our Operations Coordinator, your primary responsabilities will be:

  • Work with the managers of the various sites to ensure smooth operations of all places.
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
  • Handling customer complaints when necessary
  • Assist in pricing products or services
  • Taking management or serving shifts when necessary
  • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Experience and Skillset Required:


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management, business management, or related field.
  • Handson experience in customer service or sales
  • Proficient in MS, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Problemsolving aptitude

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
