Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

Provide service and repair as well as service and maintenance training for installed Dematic systems and equipment.
As the Dematic representative in the Customer's facility, this position has a heavy responsibility for maintaining customer goodwill toward Dematic.
Primary objective is to ensure that Dematic systems have the greatest availability possible for Customer use and to ensure that Customers are satisfied with their Dematic system and equipment.

What We Are Looking For:

Trade school graduate or technologist/technician in electrical, or mechatronics program.
AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is highly prized.
Must be willing to travel on short notice and spend more than 70% of the time traveling. May be continuously away from home for as long as a month (offer travel expenses).
Must be willing to be available during off hours and travel accordingly.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays and off shifts.
Must be able to act calmly in stressful situations.
Must be able to write concise, clear, and complete trip reports in the time frame required according to Dematic procedures.
Must have knowledge in the use of personal computers for word processing, data base functions and communications. Understanding personal computer hardware setup and software configuration required.
Working experience with troubleshooting PLC's is required.
