SCOPE OF THE JOB


As the Service Advisor, you will be acting as the interface between VinFast customers and VinFast Service Centres, advising and supporting customers through the entire process, while ensuring the utmost in customer communication and satisfaction.

Further, your expertise will be relied upon to identify additional maintenance services, organize the shop work schedule, all while supporting the team in day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Courteously attend to phone calls, electronic messages and walkins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention to detail, promptly responding to missed phone calls
  • Coordinate customer appointments, allocate working time, and perform final inspection before returning the vehicle to the customer
  • Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management system (DMS)
  • Track estimated completion time, and communicate progress and status updates to customers
  • Coordinate with mobile technicians and service assistants for customer vehicle pickup
  • Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
  • Follow up with customers on service provided; ensure they are satisfied with the experience
  • Inform customers of any outstanding service campaigns, safety recalls, scheduled maintenance, previously declined work, or applicable promotions
  • Resolve minor customer concerns
  • Coordinate customer mobility solutions
  • Communicate with technicians regarding appropriate service options where needed
  • Liaise with collision repair network facilities as required
  • Instill VinFast loyalty by ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all customers
  • Comply with VinFast policies, processes and standards
  • Document and maintain customer data
  • Deliver on measured performance indicators, including CSI, sales
  • Keep up to date in training by completing all VinFast offered training courses
  • Assist the Service Manager, as necessary
  • Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A minimum of 3 years of Service Advisor experience, EV or luxury experience preferred
  • College Diploma or Trade School Certificate in Automotive Studies, or equivalent
  • Business and/or technical education at a university/college
  • Computer proficiency in business productivity tools and software (MS Office suite, SalesForce, CDK and/or Reynolds software systems)
  • Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Valid Driver's License, clean driver's abstract/record
  • Able to stand for 8 hours and must be able to lift upto 50lbs
