Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services efficiently.

Duties:

Coordinate and schedule transportation services
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members
Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Analyze supply chain data to optimize routes and schedules

Skills:

Proficiency in using SyteLine or similar software
Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
Ability to operate phone systems with professionalism
Strong communication skills to convey information clearly
Familiarity with transportation management systems
Efficient typing skills for data entry tasks
Understanding of supply chain operations
Ability to analyze data for decisionmaking purposes
